Launched in 2011, Penny Cook Recruitment is an established and respected recruitment agency specialising in the UK hospitality industry. We are truly passionate about hospitality recruitment, with a proven track record of success and long-term client and candidate relationships.
We are based in the South West near Bath, but we place talented people at the mid to senior level across the UK. We work with a range of hospitality and leisure businesses, including restaurants, retail catering, hotels, pubs, leisure, tourist attractions, coffee shops, café bakeries, contract catering and garden centres/farm shops.

About Penny
Penny has amassed over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. She founded Penny Cook Recruitment after a decade of working for leading hospitality recruitment agencies at director level.
Prior to her recruitment career, Penny gained over 10 years’ experience working in operations, managing restaurants for the likes of Center Parcs, Scottish & Newcastle, boutique hotels and large London hotels.
So when it comes to hospitality, Penny definitely knows her stuff.
Penny is passionate about people and the industry and always makes time to catch up for a chat with clients and candidates, new and old. Outside of work she is a real foodie, loves to travel and is often seen cycling around Somerset.
